Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and add other countries if applicable. International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. For lost packages (no tracking updates for 10+ days), contact us and we'll help file a claim.
